Bob Reiber (the "B") and Keith Perry (the "K") have a hands-on approach in every aspect of the business. Nothing is too big or too small for this management team who step in routinely and integrate themselves in each department to ensure excellence while growing at a rapid pace with no debt and no external funding. Each partner graduated in the late 1970s with combined degrees in Software and Mathematics and both spent over a dozen years each climbing the corporate ladder to senior management positions at Fortune 500 technology vendors before leading startups. Today, as recognized experts in communications, Bob and Keith have been speakers at a number of national conferences.

Bob's expertise includes software engineering, engineering management at all levels and executive leadership.
– U.S. based mission critical software projects & long term assignments including the air-traffic control system at Frankfurt Airport and banking systems in Switzerland for Fortune 500 Unisys. Also managed Unisys' New Zealand development center. Multiple achievement awards for excellence.
– Co-founder & VP, Product Management at USoft with staff in North America and Europe. Led technology acquisition team to build the company and was the lead executive responsible for its successful sale 4 years later.
– VP, Development at Quest Software responsible for 650 staff on four continents. Initiated product quality program and unified distributed organizations through developer conferences and personnel exchanges.
– CEO MySkyweb - Raised capital and became a pioneer in wireless messaging and web access applications with staff in two countries.

Keith's background includes software engineering, business development, management and executive leadership.
– 3 world-wide positions at Fortune 500 Amdahl/Fujitsu including P&L responsibility with revenue exceeding $487M. Multiple engineering excellence and quota club awards.
– VP, Senior VP, and Executive VP Sales, Marketing and Lines of Business at numerous successful startups in Silicon Valley and across the USA. Personally accepted Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 award, raised capital, and led 20 fold increase in share price.
– Co-founder and President, Adsertion. Awarded "Best in Portfolio" by Pegasus Venture Management.
– MS Software Engineering & MBA in May, 2009. Inducted into the Tau Beta Pi national engineering honors society and Beta Gamma Sigma international business honors society. Author of case studies being published on entrepreneurship, strategy, leadership and crisis management.
